返品交換

 

故意ではない著しい破損や明らかなダメージがない限り、返品ならびに交換は出来ません。商品の品質については万全を期しておりますが、万一故意ではない商品の不具合、欠陥、破損、汚損、またはご注文と異なる場合は、商品到着後7日以内に明らかに故意ではないとわかる欠陥商品のお写真と共にdesignstoremu@gmail.comまでお手数ですがご連絡ください。確認の上、担当者より改めてご連絡させていただきます。

*商品返送の送料・手数料はお手数ですが全てお客様にご負担いただきます。不良品・誤送・輸送中の破損につきましては、着払いで商品をお送りください。

 

交換をご希望の場合は原則、同一商品での交換となります。交換品がご用意できない場合、あらためてご連絡させていただきます。

前項にかかわらず、下記の商品については返品・交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。 


・ご使用になられた商品 
・商品到着後8日以上経過した商品 
・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品 
・パッケージ(袋・ケース)のない商品 
・その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品

www.nozomiakutsu.com/shop以外でご購入された商品

商品のキャンセル

 

入金確認完了をもってご注文完了となり、これ以降のご注文内容の変更・キャンセルはできかねますのでご注意ください。

Returns/exchanges

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is unintentionally defective, defective, damaged, soiled, or different from your order, it will be apparently unintentional within 7 days of the arrival of the product. Please contact designstoremu@gmail.com with a photo of the defective product. After confirmation, the person in charge will contact you again.

*We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returning the product. For defective items, misdelivery, or damage during transportation, please send the item by cash on delivery.

 

If you wish to exchange it, in principle, it will be exchanged for the same product. If a replacement is not available, we will contact you again.

 

Please note that regardless of the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

・ Products used

・ Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days

・ Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer

・ Products without packages (bags / cases)

・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page

 

Only products purchased on www.nozomiakutsu.com/shop may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to MU are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of goods

Please note that the order will be completed when the payment is confirmed, and you cannot change or cancel the order details after that.
